Privacy Policy

This policy explains how InsiQuest collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects account, survey, response, respondent, and platform-usage information.

Effective July 11, 2026
InsiQuest is an AI-powered survey and feedback platform operated by Best Partner Media LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to the InsiQuest website, web application, mobile applications, survey pages, public links, notifications, support services, and related platform features.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

Survey respondents Individuals who open, complete, or otherwise interact with surveys, feedback forms, public survey links, or QR codes powered by InsiQuest.

Survey creators determine which questions they ask, whether contact information is collected, why information is collected, and how they use the responses they receive.

InsiQuest processes survey information to operate the platform and provide services to the survey creator.

We may use collected information to:

4. Artificial Intelligence Features

InsiQuest uses artificial intelligence to help users generate survey titles, descriptions, questions, answer choices, response formats, summaries, and other survey-related content.

Information submitted to an AI feature may be sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence service provider for processing. This may include:

  • The purpose or goal of a survey;
  • The intended audience;
  • Requested questions or topics;
  • Selected tone or industry template;
  • Content that the user asks the AI to review or generate.

Users should not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through AI-generation fields.

AI-generated content should be reviewed by the survey creator before it is published or relied upon.

5. Survey Creators and Respondent Privacy

InsiQuest provides technology that allows survey creators to collect information from respondents. The survey creator determines:

  • The questions included in a survey;
  • Whether the survey is anonymous;
  • Whether contact information is requested;
  • The purpose for which responses are collected;
  • Who may access the survey results;
  • How responses and respondent information are used.

Questions about a specific survey, why information was requested, or how a response will be used should generally be directed to the person or organization that created the survey.

InsiQuest may assist with requests relating to information stored on the platform, but we may need to coordinate with or refer the request to the applicable survey creator.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe or Apple, depending on where the subscription was purchased.

Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. InsiQuest does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

We may store limited billing and subscription records, including:

  • Payment-provider customer identifiers;
  • Subscription status;
  • Product or plan identifiers;
  • Transaction identifiers;
  • Subscription expiration or renewal dates;
  • Trial status;
  • Billing-related support records.

7. Push Notifications and Email Communications

InsiQuest may send transactional or account-related communications, including:

  • Welcome and account-setup messages;
  • Password-reset messages;
  • New response or respondent notifications;
  • Follow-up reminders and morning digests;
  • Subscription and billing notices;
  • Security and service announcements;
  • Support responses.

Push notifications can be disabled through device or browser settings. Some essential account, billing, legal, or security communications may still be sent by email.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

InsiQuest may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain authenticated sessions;
  • Protect accounts and prevent fraud;
  • Remember preferences;
  • Support application and survey functionality;
  • Measure feature usage and platform performance;
  • Diagnose errors and improve reliability.

Browser settings may allow users to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or interfere with platform functionality.

9. How We Share Information

InsiQuest does not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including providers of:

  • Cloud hosting and data storage;
  • Artificial-intelligence processing;

  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of users or others;
  • To enforce our Terms of Use;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets;
  • With consent or at the direction of the affected user.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

Security measures may include authenticated access, encryption in transit, access controls, managed infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and security review practices.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting access to their accounts and devices.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide InsiQuest, maintain accounts, process subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and protect platform security.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the reason it is retained.

Survey content, responses, and respondent records may remain available until they are deleted by the account holder or the associated account is deleted.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, security records, payment records, or systems where immediate deletion is not reasonably possible or where retention is legally required.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, which may include the right to:

  • Request access to personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of information;
  • Request a portable copy of certain information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Submit a complaint to an appropriate privacy authority.

We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.

When a request concerns information collected through a survey, the survey creator may be responsible for responding to the request. InsiQuest may refer the request to that survey creator or assist them in responding.

InsiQuest account holders may initiate account deletion through the account settings available within the platform.

Account-deletion assistance may be requested by emailing:

Deleting an account may delete or make inaccessible:

  • Account and organization information;
  • Organization branding and uploaded files;
  • Surveys and survey settings;
  • Survey questions and answer choices;
  • Survey responses and uploaded response files;
  • Respondent contact records and profiles;
  • Notes, tags, activities, and follow-up reminders;
  • Analytics and interaction records associated with the account;
  • Notification-device registrations.

Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for payment processing, tax reporting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

14. Children’s Privacy

InsiQuest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create InsiQuest accounts.

Survey creators may not knowingly use InsiQuest to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through InsiQuest without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

15. International Use and Data Processing

InsiQuest is operated from the United States. Information may be stored or processed in the United States or other locations where InsiQuest or its service providers maintain infrastructure.

Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from laws in the respondent’s or account holder’s jurisdiction.

Survey creators are responsible for determining whether their use of InsiQuest requires additional notices, agreements, safeguards, or consent for international data transfers.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

InsiQuest surveys, pages, emails, or features may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties outside InsiQuest.

Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information to them.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to InsiQuest, legal requirements, security practices, service providers, or data practices.

The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where appropriate or legally required, we may provide additional notice through the platform or by email.

Continued use of InsiQuest after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
